Let's talk
Keep moving

Important work deserves a thoughtful process.

Facilitation designed around the work that needs to get done.

01

Board & Leadership Retreats

Make time together matter.

Thoughtfully designed and facilitated sessions that create alignment, surface important conversations, establish priorities, and move teams forward.

02

Strategic Planning

Turn perspectives into direction.

A structured process for understanding where you are, determining where you're going, and identifying the priorities that will get you there.

03

Task Forces & Working Groups

Keep complex work moving.

Independent facilitation for groups tackling consequential issues across a single session or a series of meetings.

04

Stakeholder & Community Conversations

Bring different perspectives into the room—and make them productive.

Structured conversations designed to surface insight, build understanding, and identify a path forward.

Everyone should be in the conversation.

The people closest to the work often have the most to contribute. But when someone is responsible for both participating in the conversation and managing the conversation, something gets lost.

The work often starts before everyone enters the room. Talking with key stakeholders beforehand gives everyone an early voice, surfaces areas of alignment and tension, and helps us spend our time together on the questions that matter most.

An independent facilitator creates the structure for everyone to participate fully. Clear Track keeps the process moving—asking questions, surfacing perspectives, managing competing priorities, creating space for productive disagreement, and helping the group find a clear path forward.

You bring the people and the expertise.
I guide the process.

Good facilitation starts before the meeting.

Every engagement is different. Clear Track starts by understanding what you're trying to accomplish, then designs the process around the people, the challenge, and the desired outcome.

01

Understand

Start with the people and the outcome.

When useful, I speak individually with key stakeholders to gather goals, concerns, and perspectives. I synthesize what I hear into themes—without attributing comments—then use those insights to shape the session.

02

Design

Build the right process.

I develop the agenda, structure, questions, exercises, and flow needed to move the group toward the desired outcome.

03

Facilitate

Guide the room.

I create space for different perspectives, keep the conversation productive, manage time and tension, and help the group make meaningful progress.

04

Move Forward

Turn conversation into action.

I capture what was learned, clarify decisions and priorities, and make sure everyone knows what happens next.

No canned workshops. No facilitation theater. Just a thoughtful process designed around the work that needs to get done.

Nathan Preheim

I believe good conversations can change what happens next.

I'm Nathan Preheim—entrepreneur, educator, investor, and facilitator. I've spent my career working with people who are trying to build something, change something, or figure out what comes next.

I've co-founded companies, built organizations, worked with leaders across sectors, raised and invested private capital, taught entrepreneurship, and led initiatives across business, higher education, and the community.

Through all of it, I've learned something pretty simple: put the right people in the room, give them a thoughtful process, ask good questions, and meaningful things happen.

My job isn't to have all the answers. It's to help your group do its best thinking.
